I confirm that my proposed site; has never had any kind of enforcement action placed on it, is not subject to a direction under Article 4 of the 1995 Order and will never use any weed killers or fertilisers of a non-organic nature. I am also happy to support the move towards banning the use of portable toilet chemicals that are not environmentally friendly.
