This is an ideal and very affordable option if you don’t have your own website. Anywhere that you choose to advertise your site can be linked back to your page, giving your potential guests a little more information.
We can include;
Up to 8 photographs of your site.
The type of camping and facilities that you offer.
A Google Map link for directions to your site
Your contact information and links to your preferred booking sites such as PitchUp or UK Campsites.
Your pitch Fees and Opening times.
A description of your site and links to nearby places of interest.
An introduction to you as host including your photo if you want.
A brief outline of your environmental considerations and activities.

When it’s done, it’s done. Any additional information or changes within your first year won’t cost you anything more.
For each subsequent year, we charge a £100 annual fee which includes basic changes you might want to make.

Consultation with our Environmental Expert From £75
Our lovely Environmental expert Tim, can give you detailed advice to help you get the greatest bio-diversity from your land.

£75 Site visit + £40 per hour spent on site
Ideally, Tim will visit your site but he may be able to offer a phone consultation. Only he will be able to decide if he can do that. He’ll look carefully at everything on your land and help you decide what you can do to help things along.

Which plants, insects and wildlife are native to your land and how to reintroduce them and help them flourish.
How to reintroduce bio-diversity to land that has been intensively farmed.
What, where and when to plant.
How to add living structures to your land for camping shelters.
What and how to plant to offer your guests herbs and vegetables as part of their camping experience.
Information regarding the layout of your site to ensure the most environmentally supportive outcome.
Tim is a mine of information and has spent a lifetime passionately immersed in environmental science. This is the best possible source of advice that you’ll find.
Design and Fabrication
Design and Fabrication of facilities to give your site that special ‘something’
£30 per hour for design work
£25 per hour per person for fabrication – any additional materials, finishes or fastenings needed will be charged to you at cost price.
£50 mileage allowance per site visit – By preference, we’ll bring our Camper van and stay on your land whilst we work. That cuts down on your cost and our carbon footprint.
What have you got lying around? Waste materials and things can work beautifully together in a natural environment, recommissioned to add that special something to your camp site. Best of all, recycling materials, paint and re-purposing ‘things’ is the most environmentally friendly way of adding facilities.
We will offer advice and ideas anyway when you first become a C.S. but we’re also aware that not everyone has the time, imagination or know-how to actually make things happen. That’s what we do best. We can work with anything you’d like to recycle, sustainable materials or a mixture of everything.
A few ideas for things that you might like us to get involved with.
Picnic tables and seating.
Children’s mud kitchens, bug hotels and play areas.
Washing up areas.
Reception and information structures.
Wood stores, compost toilet enclosures and field shelters.
Reinventing or fabricating camping shelters.
We’re more than happy to discuss your ideas and if you decide you want us to go ahead, we’ll be able to give you a very close estimate of the total cost of your project. For simple projects, we should be able to give you an exact quote.
Business Support
Hands On Support To Get Your New Venture Bringing In Money.
We’ll give you lots of free information when you join us, but we can also do the work for you. This might be a good option for you if you’re not especially computer savvy or have never run your own campsite before.
£150 Basic Support – Pinpoint on Google Maps and a well written PR description of your site and what you offer.
£50 Each extra listing or service.
£25 To set up your own dedicated email for your site.
70p / Per mile – to come and photograph your site.
We understand that many people with a spare bit of land that they think might appeal to campers, just want something simple. However many visitors you want to attract, we can help you by doing everything to get you up and running. When it’s done, it’s done. No annual charge unless you want us to make changes for you but as a rule, it’s all pretty user friendly. We’ll teach you everything you need to know to keep it all up to date.
Here are a few things that you might want us to do for you.
Get your site marked on Google Maps to make it easy for visitors to find you.
Make sure your website, social media pages and contact details are all linked together.
List your site on online campsite finding services.
Set up simple record keeping for you either electronic or the good old fashioned way with a pen and paper!
Get you set up and running with things like Elsan points, waste collection and anything else that you might like to offer your guests.
Set up a simple booking system for you.
Help with costing out any ideas that you have to make sure you keep your books balanced.
Please note that the fee for taking photographs will only apply if we need to make a special journey out to your site to show you off in the best possible way. You’re more than welcome to supply your own electronic photos and we’ll advise you if we feel there are better ones you could take.
Web Design
Your Own Campsite Website from £300
Whoever you decide to get your exemption certificates from, your website will be yours to keep. We don’t host or manage your website once it’s up and running but we’ll explain what you need to do next. It’s pretty simple. We can even teach you how to make simple changes and add things yourself if you want.
£300 Simple One page website- as many images and as much information as you want.
£250 Each additional page.- Although 1 page works well, it’s easier for your visitors to find information on dedicated pages.
£45 Per hour for any updates or changes.
If you offer something special on your campsite, are proud of your Eco credentials or just want to raise your online profile, having your own website is a great thing to do. We’ve built a few and you’re using one of them now.
It’s not difficult to set up your own website. There are lots of companies offering a wide range of free templates and services but we also understand that not everyone has the time or inclination to go D.I.Y. We’re not hi-tech experts but we can make it work and we know how to portray the image you want. We can link your website to any number of places and show you how to link it to places yourself. It’s easy.
You choose your domain name, which company will host it for you, and we build your site. If that sounds too much like rocket science, we can help with all of it.
As a rough guide, expect to pay around £10 to £20 a year for your domain name and around £15 a month for a good web hosting company. You may be able to get an all-in package with some companies which will include the cost of your website.
As a basic guide, your website can include any or all of the following.
Your Campsite name, location and all of your contact details.
Your types of pitches, cost, seasonal variations, facilities, environment and features.
As many photos as you want which is handy if you offer unique camping pods or pitches.
Descriptions of; the site, you as owners or managers, the history of your land and surrounding areas or anything else you’d like to feature.
Links to local places of interest.
Links to any social media that you use.
A simple blog that you can add updates to without any special technical know-how.
A Special Offers or Events page for rallies or any other events you host.
Feedback, ratings and comments from your guests.
A booking system – we have not yet found a free booking system for websites that we’re happy with. We can add a booking system to your site but there will be a subscription fee attached and as we haven’t tried any ourselves, we can’t guarantee their performance.
Anything else you care to dream up…..
The fee for the first (or only) page of your website, includes the cost of securing your chosen domain name and the first year’s fee. If you’d like us to secure the name for longer than 1 year, we’re happy to do that for you. You will be charged at the cost price for any subsequent years you ask us to purchase on your behalf.

Themed rallies and events can be a great way of bringing in extra money.
If you have any ideas but you’re not sure how to make them happen, it’s worth getting in touch for a chat. Talking is free but beyond that, it’s impossible to offer a cost for putting your ideas into action until we know exactly what they are and for what purpose.
We can help with everything from planning, through sourcing, marketing, legislation and cost management, right through to hands on support at your event. We’re happy to offer information for free and you’ll know how much you’ll pay before we do anything.
